Gallia-Meigs Community Action is accepting applications for a Full-Time/Temporary Home Visitor for the Help Me Grow program.
Responsibilities and job duties are as follows. Completing home visits with children and families to support healthy development and growth. Assisting families in referrals to community programs while maintaining data records including data entry in a timely manner.
Minimum qualifications and characteristics preferred include a High School Diploma, (Associates Degree or Higher Preferred) experience working with families and children recommended, knowledge of the community served, strong knowledge in community resources, organization skills, computer and data entry skills preferred, excellent time management skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. Must be willing to travel with occasional overnight stays required, must maintain a valid driver’s license and valid insurance.
Employment is contingent on billing and performance after the first year of employment.
