If there is a Level 3 Snow Emergency in either Gallia or Meigs County, all offices will be closed. If the Level 3 Snow Emergency is reduced by 10:00am, the offices will open at noon. If the Level 3 Snow Emergency is still in effect at 10:00am in either county, the offices will remain closed for the day.
